We are currently looking for a Quality Control Specialist.
Quality Control Specialist is a specialist who ensures the high quality of content verification processes, decisions and actions of the Trust&Safety team. He is responsible for monitoring the accuracy of decisions, the consistency and effectiveness of the application of rules, as well as identifying areas for improvement. Develops a quality system through analytics, team training and implementation of automations.
What challenges await:
— Assessing the quality of work of moderators in accordance with established criteria, metrics and policies;
— Identifying errors, analyzing causes and preparing recommendations to increase the accuracy and consistency of decisions;
— Maintaining the stability and transparency of all quality control processes, including monitoring KPIs, updating documentation and implementing improvements;
— Organizing and conducting workshops, onboarding and training sessions;
— Creating clear guides and materials for the development of team competencies;
— Maintaining and developing the knowledge base, updating internal documentation, developing new instructions and templates according to business needs to ensure better service;
— Work with technical tools for data collection, analysis of results, and automation of quality control processes;
— Participation in the onboarding of new specialists and maintaining the relevance of training materials.
What is important to us:
— 1+ years of experience in similar positions;
— English at a level not lower than B1+;
— You have a high level of critical and systemic thinking: you quickly understand complex processes, see weak points and propose logical solutions and changes;
— You have strong analytical skills: you can interpret large data sets, identify trends, anomalies, and causes of errors; you confidently work with analytical and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau) and understand the logic of workflow tools (Notion, Asana, Zendesk);— Extremely attentive to details that may affect the quality of the evaluation or the final content decision; you know how to notice system errors in the team's processes or decisions and propose a strategy for their elimination;
— You have a simple, concise and competent language: you can explain the complex simply, you show empathy in communication and work constructively with feedback;
— Experience or a strong interest in Learning & Development and the creation of educational content. You understand that team training is not a separate function, but a powerful tool for achieving business results.
In addition to businesses, we are developing a charitable foundation SKELAR foundation, which was created by company employees. As part of the initiative, we create and finance projects that contribute to overcoming the consequences of the war and rebuilding Ukraine.
