SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international food IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with co-founders, we assemble strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

— Checking the quality of processing chats and communication with clients;
— Development of effective work quality control processes, thanks to which a team of legal experts can provide the best possible service to our clients;
— Support of existing onboarding programs (and if you have ideas for improvement or creating a new one - we will be very happy about them); , forproviding better service.

What skills will be useful:
— English level (B2+) : both written and oral literacy in writing texts, answers and policies;
— Attention to detail: there will be large amounts of information in the work - it is very important to remain focused and concentrated;
— Good communication skills: we are for clarity and transparency in communication, the team is growing and will need a lot of feedback;
— Flexibility in processes: quick adaptation to new conditions and changes, when you can easily switch between tasks according to business needs.< strong style="font-weight: 600; font-style: inherit">
