About the role

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll play a key role in the development of fintech products that are changing the way the world pays, banks and invests. This will involve consulting on software development or operations processes, quality practices, quality audits and software measurements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or the equivalent com bination of education, training, or work experience
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to converse in German with colleagues and Clients
  • Good knowledge/Experience of working in the Financial Services Industry
  • Proficient in Test documentation like Test Strategy, Test Plan
  • Proficient in Test activities like Defect Analysis, Reporting, Root Cause Analysis
  • Proficient in highlighting Risks and Issues
  • Experience in Resource forecasting, Client focus
  • Ability to closely work with project team and the Client
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
