This role ensures accuracy and quality in managing check calls, tasks, and orders to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:• Monitor and review check calls to ensure company procedures and service standards compliance.• Verify the accuracy and timeliness of tasks and orders, identifying and addressing discrepancies.• Maintain detailed records of quality checks and provide feedback to relevant team members.• Assist in improving workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality.• Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to resolve quality issues promptly.• Support audits and generate quality performance reports as required.Qualifications:• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.• Basic understanding of workflow and task management systems.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.• Previous experience in quality assurance or a related field is a plus but not required.Salary: $700 - $800 per month.You will typically be responsible for monitoring fewer than 18 agents per day.
