The company has been specializing in quantitative and qualitative research in Ukraine and other countries of the world for more than 10 years, helping its clients to collect, analyze and interpret data to make the right decisions and achieve success on the market. The team works on various projects related to the study of consumer behavior, evaluating the brand's position in the market, measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, searching for ideas, testing hypotheses, and much more in which they have earned the trust of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing the statistical part of marketing and sociological research
  • Working with datasets
  • Analysis and interpretation of data previously collected during research
  • Development of reports and presentations for clients
  • Development of recommendations based on received data to improve marketing strategies and business processes


Requirements:

  • Higher education in marketing/sociology/psychology or other social sciences
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or sociological research
  • Knowledge of quantitative research methods
  • A confident user of MS Office (especially Excel, Power Point)
  • Ability to work with R or SPSS statistical packages
  • Understanding and experience in doing descriptive statistics, recoding variables,
    calculation of new variables; correlational, regression and cluster analyses. 
  • High level of analytical and presentation skills


It will be a plus:

  • Experience with qualitative research
  • Knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of Python
