Vacancy: Manager conversation analyst

Place of work: Comfortable office in Lviv
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10:00 a.m.– 19:00

We are looking for an analyst to listen and evaluate conversations between managers and clients. If you have experience in sales or the financial market, this is a great opportunity to apply your knowledge to improve the team's work and improve the quality of customer service.

Main responsibilities:

• Listening to recordings of conversations of managers with clients, assessment of communication skills, efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Analysis of the quality of interaction with clients: identification of strengths, areas for improvement, as well as typical mistakes.
• Preparation and training for managers, providing feedback, recommendations for improving work with customers.

• Experience in sales or the financial sector - understanding of the specifics of communication with clients in these areas.
• Analytical thinking - the ability to deeply analyze conversations and identify patterns in communication.
• Communication skills - the ability to clearly convey feedback and help managers develop.
< li>Attention to details – it is important to record small nuances that can affect the result of the work.
