Main responsibilities:
- Listening to recordings of conversations of managers with clients, assessment of communication skills, efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Analysis of the quality of interaction with clients: identification of strengths, areas for improvement, as well as typical mistakes.
- Preparation and training for managers, providing feedback, recommendations for improving work with customers.
