We develop our own solutions using modern technologies of data collection, analysis, forecasting and artificial intelligence. We help clients with the implementation and support of business systems, development and adaptation of the entire Microsoft product line: Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure.
We are looking for a QA Engineer (Strong Junior / Middle) with a thorough technical background who is comfortable working with both UI and backend aspects of modern applications.
In this role, you will primarily be involved in manual testing, with a perspective on autotests, while simultaneously analyzing backend behavior, APIs, logs, and data to better understand system functionality and investigate the causes of errors.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to go beyond front-end testing to understand how the system works from the inside. Experience or interest in C#/.NET test automation will be a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
Design and execution of manual test cases for web applications and services.
Verification of business logic and system behavior at the UI level and backend components.
Testing APIs, integrations and backend processes.
Analyzing logs, API responses and data in the DB during problem investigation.
Working closely with developers, analysts and product teams to clarify requirements.
Participation in test planning, test design and defect tracking.
Perform functional, regression, integration and system testing.
Contribute to improving QA processes and testing practices.
(Optional) Participate in automation initiatives testing.
Requirements
Basic requirements:
1-3+ years of experience in software QA / testing.
Deep understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
Testing experience web applications.
Ability to analyze problems deeper than the UI level.
Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.).
Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
Understanding client-server architecture.
Technical skills:
Experience with REST / SOAP API.
Ability tocommunicate with JSON / XML.
Experience analyzing system logs, requests and responses.
Would be an advantage:
Experience or interest in C# / .NET test automation.
Experience with technology stack Microsoft.
Experience with CRM / ERP / CMS systems.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
Experience with Git.
