We are simply made for each other if you: Managed a distributed QA team with several projects Know well the processes of manual and automated testing in GameDev Have work experience as a QA engineer for more than 4 years. You understand software quality control methodology. You have experience working with iOS and Android operating systems. You have experience in developing test documentation. You are able to think strategically and plan, able to (a) work under strict time frames. It will be an advantage: Technical education Basic knowledge of Python Knowledge and ability to apply the basic principles and methodologies of project management (Waterfall\Agile) Understanding of client-server architecture What will be required to do: Lead a team testing (setting and prioritizing tasks, monitoring deadlines and quality of work) Develop and implement quality control approaches and processes at all stages of software development Analyze and specify testing requirements, participate in the creation of TK for the product Develop test documentation (test plans, test cases, checklists) Interact with development and support teams Engage in planning of testing activities related to product releases and updates Develop metrics and performance indicators of the QA team, work on improving processes and results How we will inspire you: Ability to create from anywhere - which part of the world Modern office in Kyiv and Odesa, remote or hybrid — choose what suits you.
