• We invite to our friendly team an experienced QA specialist who is ready to take on the role of Team lead.

What will be your responsibilities:

• Managing the automated testing team, organizing work processes and allocating tasks.
• Setting up all processes related to automation QA work (CI/CD, autorun tests, writing test cases and tests and etc.).
• Cooperation with developers, analysts and managers to effectively identify and eliminate errors.
• Implementing best testing practices, standardizing processes and increasing team productivity.

What we expect from you:

• Experience in QA work.
• Experience in managing a team or coordinating the work of colleagues (preferred).
• Confident command of automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Ability to effectively communicate, motivate a team and solve work issues.
• Responsibility, organization and desire to grow together with the team.
