The key goal of this roleand is to improve the unit economics of the product: maximizing conversion in payment and CAC optimization.The role works at the intersection of product and marketing:reports to the CPO, has full access to technical specialists developing the product and interacting with marketing teams when launching and optimizing advertising campaigns.

  • Research and Insights: Implementation qualitative and quantitative research (CustDev, surveys), analysis of customer and competitor complaints to find growth points.

  • Growth Marketing: A/B testing with the marketing team to improve.

  • Influence on product:Formation of product requirements based on user feedback.

  • From the candidate we expect:

    • Experience in creating and managing B2C sales funnels (Web2Web).

    • Understanding the process of creating, launching and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok anddeep understanding of the principles of the auctions and the evaluation of results.

    • Strong analytical skills tasks into achievable stages, sequence and systematic execution.

    • Proficiency in English at the B1 level
