Our team: 40+ engineers and we are growing Our clients: famous global enterprise companies and middle-development Our stack: Python (Flask), Go, JS (React), GCP, Mysql, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, Gevent, Terraform, СeleryWhat you need to be successful in this role:At least 2 or more years of experience as a BE Lead/Staff Engineer/Engineering Manager and a minimum 5+ years working with PythonExperience in architecting, launching, and maintaining complex, distributed web applicationsProven previous experience in technical leadership positions, including capabilities in mentoring, navigating cross-functional teams, and making high-quality technical decisionsCommunication skills in English will be a plusExperience working in a SAAS company or service product companies that provision and support computing infrastructure using code instead of manual processes and settingsYou have experience with a monolithYou are a professional practicing the most advanced methodologies in DevOps (Terraform, Chef, Ansible, SaltStack, etc.) and CI/CDConcurrency and parallelism (threading, multiprocessing, gevent, asyncio, etc.) OOP and design patternsRelational database design and query optimizationExperience with GCP/AWSResponsibilities:Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to engineersStrategic planning: a) as a technical expert in assessing the complexity/risks of the product roadmap b) as an advocate for the development of the component following the product development strategDevelop and define the application architecture, considering current and future challenges.
