The development team includes: 3 Client-side Engineers2 Backend Engineers2 QA Engineers + QA LeadTechnical Director4 Senior 2D ArtistsGame Mathematicians1 Technical Artist/Animator1 Project ManagerGame Producers/Product Owners In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager on the distribution of tasks and their timely completion, with the Art team regarding the art of the game, Lead Animators on optimization of animations, QA in the testing process, Game Product Owner in communication of the game vision, and other developers at various stages of product development. Technology stack: JavaScript, PixiJS, Chrome DevTools, Spine, TexturePacker, Docker, Git, Jenkins, Jira, etc. Expected tasks and results for the first 3 months: Development of the client part of web slot games in accordance with the roadmap together with the team; Active cooperation with the art team in the implementation of assets in the client; Work with the Lead Animators on the optimization of Spine animations within the client; Work with sound from the point of view of harmonizing and synchronizing sound and art; Optimizing games according to the set download and performance parameters; Cooperation with other team members - Backend, QA, Game Product Owner, PM from the start to the successful release of the game. Cultural compatibility: Pro-Ukrainian views.Teamwork.Anti-toxicity.Volunteering.Passion for one's work.Required experience:Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in developing slot web games on JavaScript+PixiJS;Knowledge of art preparation systems – TexturePacker (or similar), Particles Systems, etc.;Knowledge and experience optimizing animations in Spine – working with bones, atlases, optimizing layers; Experience working with sound editors – knowledge of various audio file formats, the ability to synchronize and compress sound as needed; Experience with DevTools and web profiling tools (Spector.js or similar). Experience in online gambling - previous experience with RMG Slot Games is a huge advantage. Level of English proficiency: Above average (B2+) or higher. Office: Remote work. For candidates from Kyiv - participation in weekly offline team meetings. Probationary period: 3 months. Work schedule: Flexible 8-hour working day, usually from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the GMT+2/UTC+2 time zone. One standup at 10:00 a.m. and daily synchronization with the team as needed.
