Python (Flask) Developer in K2 - we are building an ERP that replaces 1C/BAS in Ukraine in K2R, TOV

K2 is a team that creates a Ukrainian software product K2 Cloud ERP: a modular ERP platform (55+ modules) that helps companies painlessly transition from 1C and BAS to a modern system with transparent data transfer without loss of information.

We do not create "another web service". We build a core of business automation that really works in production: accounting, management accounting, sales, warehouse, document flow, analytics, integrations.

Not only code is important here, but understanding of business logic: how the company lives, what entities and connections, where accounting errors occur and how to make the system important reliable.

You will influence a product that:

• replaces 1C/BAS in enterprises

Important: the domain is accounting and management systems

This vacancy is suitable for you if you are interested in:

• how are directories, documents, postings/movements, balances, mutual settlements arranged

• what is circulating information, first order, warehouse movements, batches, cost

• how to build reliable entities, relationships and rules in large systems

We do not expect you to be a "brainiac", but we expect a willingness to deeply understand the subject area and think in terms of entities.

Your tasks

• Development of K2 Cloud ERP web modules on Python + Flask

prod

• Participation in the development of modular architecture and code quality

Requirements (no “water”)

Required:

• Sufficient Python (commercial experience)

• Flask (or similar web frameworks ready to work in Flask)

• SQLAlchemy + understanding the operation of relational databases

• Experience in the backend (or full-stack, but with a strong backend)

• System thinking: data structures, limits of responsibility, quality and maintainability

Will be a plus:

• Understanding ERP/CRM/accounting systems (1C/BAS/Odoo/Microsoft Dynamics etc.)

• Experience of data migrations, integrations, imports/exports

• HTML/CSS/JS at the level “to understand the front”

• Linux, Docker, CI/CD, Git
