Mentoring is a great chance to acquire new skills, look at old tasks from a different perspective, structure basic knowledge, and, of course, help students. What is required to become a Python mentor in our team: 3+ years of commercial programming experience Solid knowledge of Python 3, Django, Django Rest Framework, Flask, SQLalchemy Good knowledge and understanding of web security principles Solid knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite) Understanding OOP, design patterns, algorithms and data structure Git, Linux, DockerAWS (will be a plus) Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript Willingness to teach and help beginners Ability to explain, find an approach to different people Responsibilities: checking tasks (code review) answering questions providing recommendations to students Opportunities you will get: You will try yourself as a mentor, and mentorship skills are important for the role of Lead: +1 to your resume and personal brand Additional income for a pleasant job.
