In this role, you will design and implement intelligent systems based on large language models to solve real business problems. You will work at the intersection of backend engineering, applied AI and process automation, transforming the capabilities of generative AI into sustainable and scalable product solutions. 400">
What we expect from the candidate:
- Experience and qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial Python development experience (backend, complex projects);
- 1+ year of practical experience with LLM and AI in commercial projects (not pet projects);
- Proven experience in bringing AI solutions to production;
- Education in Computer Science, mathematics, statistics or related disciplines (or equivalent practical experience);
2.Technical stack (mandatory)
- Python:deep knowledge of Python 3.10+, asyncio, typing, decorators, generators, context managers;
- LLM API:practical experience with OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini orHugging Face;
- AI frameworks:LangChain, LangGraph or similar (AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel);
- RAG:experience in building RAG pipelines (embeddings, chunking, retrieval evaluation);
- Vector DBs:hands-on experience with one or more: Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, FAISS, Milvus, ChromaDB;
- Web frameworks:FastAPI (preferred), Django or Flask;
- Bases data:PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar; Redis for caching;
- DevOps:Docker, Git, basic CI/CD;
- English:reading documentation.
Will be a plus:
- Experience fine-tuning LLM (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT);
- Knowledge of ML/DL libraries: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn;
- Experience with MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases);
- Experience with cloud platforms of AI services (AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI);
- Kubernetes, event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ);
- Experience with NLP: tokenization, text preprocessing, sentiment analysis;
- Understanding AI evaluation methodology (evaluation metrics, A/B-testing of AI features);
- Experience in building multi-agent systems;
- Work experience in B2B SaaS / enterprise products;

- Understanding how AI creates business value and the ability to communicate this to non-technical stakeholders;
- Proactivity and independence - the ability to lead tasks from idea to production;
- Constant monitoring of new developments in the field of AI/LLM and generative AI;
