You will play a fundamental role for the Purchasing Department across our office locations in the Ukraine, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Responsibilities: Ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and equipment for production needs. Timely submission of requests for proposals (RFQ), communication with the suppliers .Selection of suppliers according to established criteria, improvement of commercial terms Timely submission of purchase orders and in an appropriate manner.Initiation and control of all necessary documentation - supply contracts, annexes, additional agreements. Control of payment status and fulfillment of contractual obligations. Analyze and improve accounting, tracking orders and logistics processes. Requirements: 3+ years of proven experience in procurement. Technical knowledge, automotive is a plus. High communication skills.
