Psychosocial support trainer in Grin-Landiya, Gromadska organizaciya

GO "Green-Landia" is a public organization that focuses its activities on improving the quality of life of the population through the promotion of healthy nutrition, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and receiving regions.

Within implementation projects NGO "Green-Landia" invites the cooperation of a psychosocial support trainer to conduct training and group events.

Main duties and tasks:

• Conducting trainings, group classes and information sessions on psychosocial support;

• Informing participants with basic approaches to psychological first aid, self-regulation and overcoming stress;

• Working with the topics of emotional stability, restoration of resource status, prevention of emotional burnout;

• Creation of a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space during events;

• Adaptation of educational materials according to the needs of target groups;

• Reporting on the events in accordance with the internal procedures of the Organization and the requirements of donors;

• Adherence to the ethical principles, protection and confidentiality policies of the Organization.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of psychology, social work or related fields;

• Professional training or certification in psychosocial support / psychological first assistance;

• Experience in conducting trainings, group classes or group facilitation;

• Skills in working with sensitive topics and various target groups;

• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language;

• Empathy, responsibility, stress resistance;

• Willingness to comply with the Code of Conduct and policies Organizations.

Format of work:

• Project employment / part-time employment;

• Conducting events in support spaces (the schedule is agreed upon additionally);

• Cooperation is possible on the terms of the FOP.
