Trainer- psychologist / Corporate psychologist

Our wishes for candidates:

• higher education in the field of psychology;
• work experience in the field of corporate psychology or trainings from 2 years;
• knowledge of modern methods of psychotherapy, coaching, development of emotional intelligence;
• knowledge of methods of stress management, emotional self-regulation and improvement of communication skills;< /li>
• ability to work with large groups and individually;
• experience of working with contact center operators in the financial sphere, working with problem debt will be an advantage.

Functional responsibilities:

• conducting psychological training for contact center operators in order to develop stress resistance skills and emotional intelligence;
• providing individual and group consultations for employees on issues of stress, emotional burnout and personal development;
• development and implementation of training programs aimed at increasing the effectiveness of communication with clients in difficult situations;
• monitoring of the psychological state of employees and implementation of programs to support their emotional well-being, carrying out preventive measures;
• providing recommendations for improving the working environment and reducing stress;
• cooperation with management to create a positive working environment and increase staff motivation.
