Responsibilities:

• Psychodiagnostics of candidates: assisting a psychologist in conducting psychological tests, assessing the personal characteristics of candidates for various vacancies.
• Preparation of materials for interviews: organization and preparation of various questionnaires, tests and other psychological tools for evaluating candidates.
• Collection and analysis of test results: assistance in collecting and analyzing test results, creating reports reflecting the results of psychodiagnostics.
• Documentation management: working with electronic databases of candidates, preparing and updating documents based on the results of tests and interviews.
• Supporting the adaptation of employees: participation in the development of plans for the adaptation of new employees, help in assessing their adaptation in the team.
• Communication with the agency's clients: interaction with HR managers and leaders to clarify the requirements for candidates and provide recommendations on the selection of the most suitable applicants.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of psychology, the basics of psychodiagnostics, as well as the principles of selection personnel.
• Ability to work with a large amount of information, organization and attention to detail.
• High level of communication skills, ability to cooperate in a team.
• Responsibility, initiative and desire to develop in the field of psychology and HR.
