MAIN TASKS

• Crisis psychological counseling and emotional state diagnostics
• Planning and development of psychological state correction programs clients, taking into account their individual, gender, age and national characteristics
• Assessment of the effectiveness of psychological measures, which are carried out collection, processing, analysis of the results obtained during the performance of duties according to the established methodology, observing confidentiality rules
• Management of psychosocial support measures (supervision and implementation of individual and group therapy, provision of low-threshold psychological services for residents, especially vulnerable groups)
< li style="font-weight: 400">Facilitating and providing psychological counseling to local self-help groups, organizing training for local stakeholders, participating in integration activities
• Integration of mental health strategies health in the general plans for the development of the hub and sustainability of communities.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education in the field of psychology
• Experience in the field - at least 5 years< /li>
• Possession of knowledge and methods necessary for working with persons in a crisis situation
• Fluency in Ukrainian English will be an advantage
• Skills and experience with modern computer and peripheral equipment
• Punctuality
• Initiative and creativity
• Ability to work in a team
