Overview

The 152nd Training Center of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is one of the training centers that were created to train servicemen to perform territorial defense tasks.

Responsibilities

• cooperation with commanders and other members of the military unit to provide psychological support and preventive measures
• assessment and prompt response to changes in the psychological state personnel
• psycho-prophylactic work, namely the organization of various measures aimed at improving the moral and psychological climate, and crisis psychological assistance
• preparation of reports on the moral and psychological state of the personnel

Requirements

• full basic psychological education
• professional work experience
• personal psychological readiness and possession of special knowledge, practical skills in providing psychological assistance to servicemen and members of their families
• confident work with text editors and skills in working with documents
• having an officer military rank
• military service experience is a priority when selecting candidates

Conditions

• contract service for reserve officers
• financial support from UAH 26,000 according to years of service
• the possibility of transferring active servicemen within the framework of the TrO Forces with the consent of the immediate commander
• social benefits in accordance with current legislation: annual leave - 30 calendar days, medical care, etc.
• escort to at the stage of passing the RTCC for civilians and relocation for active military personnel
