A psychologist for working with adults in Berezhna, FOP

We are looking for a qualified psychologist to work with adults who can effectively conduct both individual and group counseling. In this role, you will help our clients develop emotional resilience, improve mental health and address personal and interpersonal challenges.

Responsibilities: conducting individual consultations for adults aimed at solving psychological and emotional problems; organizing and holding group sessions covering topics such as stress management, improving communication skills, overcoming anxiety, etc.; assessment of clients' psychological state and development of individual counseling plans; supporting clients in the process of personal development and overcoming crisis situations; the use of various methods of psychological assistance, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, relaxation techniques, coaching, etc.; support for professional development and participation in educational events.

Requirements: higher education in the field of psychology; experience of working as a psychologist with adults for at least 2 years; experience in conducting group classes is an advantage; high level of communication skills, ability to empathize and understand customer needs; knowledge of modern approaches and techniques in psychological counseling; the ability to work independently and in a team, responsibility and organization.
