• You will organize and conduct work with demobilized, military personnel and their families (individual consultations, support groups)
• You will organize and conduct various forms of individual work (consultation, interview, psychoeducation, testing, interview, etc.) ) with employees of different positions and functional levels
• You will develop, organize and conduct various forms of group work with employees and teams in accordance with the request and set deadlines
• You will be responsible for the quality of social and psychological services provided to employees company
• You will participate in the development and implementation of team and cross-functional projects
• You will carry out methodical work within the framework of professional activity in the company (processing, analysis, systematization of professional information and formulation of hypotheses/conclusions)

• You know how to work with groups and conduct socio-psychological trainings
• You have experience in offline and online psycho-educational workshops, team-building activities

• You know and are guided in your work with regulatory and legal documents that regulate the activities of psychologistsha in the company (Constitution of Ukraine, laws of Ukraine regulating labor relations, Code of Ethics of psychologists)
