This is a great opportunity for a proactive Technical Product Manager who does well in dynamic and fast-growing environments, enjoys tackling challenges, shows proactivity, and feels comfortable working in close cooperation with Project Manager.

The Technical Product Manager will join the new teams in the project of our Customers. They provide SaaS solutions that help companies to optimize their businesses. These solutions include business planning & execution, processes automation and optimization. The Customer’s platform leverages industry-leading artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) for better predictions and prevention of disruptions across the businesses.

The project focuses on creating concepts and MVPs that the Customer’s sales department will use to engage new clients.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning meetings, sprint review meetings, and sprint retrospective meetings
• Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to reach a common understanding of the best solution needed, and moderate meetings and workshops
• Develop good relationships with the development teams and stakeholders
• Ensure that the team follows Agile values and principles and coach the team in Agile methodologies and soft skills
• Identify and resolve any issues that may affect achieving sprint and scope goals
• Escalate any issues that cannot be resolved within the team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the team’s progress, using tools such as burn-down charts and velocity charts (Jira management)
• Protect the team from outside interruptions and establish a healthy environment for your team to develop projects and individuals
• Take ownership of the project deliverables
• Contribute to a continuous improvement of Edvantis PMO/BAO

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in IT Business Analysis/Proxy Product Owner position
• Strong experience in managing software functional and non-functional requirements
• Excellent technical English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in analyzing data
• Ability to facilitate decision-making meetings within the stakeholders
• Strong ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
• Ability to identify and fix dependencies/holdings
• Expert usage of Jira
• Fluency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to influence others without authority
• Ability to analyze and build abstract models with complex branched relationships
• English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Scrum facilitation
• Experience working on international markets and communicating with foreign clients and teammates
• Experience working with India region
• Technical background in DB
