DTEK ENERGO team is looking for a "Property Relations Manager"It Is With Usa professional team works, which unites people who love their job;RESERVATION;wages are paid on time and increase every year;employees develop and learn;all employees are provided with a full social package;Voluntary health insurance is provided;partial compensation for housing rental (for IDPs).RequirementsIn-depth knowledge of land and tax legislation (in terms of land/real estate payments);Higher legal degree (preferably Master of Laws) or ischa land manager; Skills in working in information systems / electronic services: League, Public Cadastral Map, Register of Property Rights, etc.;Experience in conducting claims and litigation work;Having a certificate of the right to practice law is considered an advantage. ResponsibilitiesSupport in the registration of land/real estate rights at the Group's enterprises;Support of agreements on the alienation of real estate;Interaction with local government and state authorities on issues of registration of land/real estate rights;Conducting contractual work in the field of registration of land/real estate rights (land lease agreements, easements, contract agreements); Conducting claims and litigation work to protect property rights/interests of the Group's enterprises on land/real estate, appealing against actions/inaction of government officials and their decisions;Legal analysis of decisions of local governments that affect payments for land/real estate, assessment of the consequences of making such decisions; Interaction with regulatory authorities during land inspections.
