Prompt Engineer in BrightWave Creative Studio

We work with modern AI tools, automation, content generation, forecasting and optimization of business processes. We create prompts, models, and scripts that help companies work faster, more accurately, and more efficiently.

We are looking for a Prompt Engineer who will work with AI systems, analyze their work, and create quality prompts for various tasks. AI.

Responsibilities
1. Creating prompts for AI models

• Writing structured queries to generate text, images and data.

• Optimizing prompts to achieve stable and accurate results.

• Forming prompt chains and complex scenarios.

2. Testing and analysis of results

• Checking the quality of AI responses to different types of requests.

• Identifying false or incorrect results.

• Comparing, fixing differences and improving prompts.

3. Development of AI solutions for company tasks

• Creation of prompt templates for repetitive processes.

• Formation of the logic of multi-step scenarios.

• Preparation of recommendations for improving AI processes.

4. Documentation

• Interaction with the content team, analysts and developers.

• Participation in creating AI solutions for marketing, support, product departments.

• Participation in brainstorming about new features and AI mechanics.

6. Quality Control

• Regular testing of prompts for stability.

• Finding ways to improve accuracy, speed and logic of responses.

• Implementation of prompt engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Analytical thinking and willingness to work with high volume information.

• Basic understanding of the principles of AI-models (preferred, but not required).

• Literacy, ability to clearly formulate thoughts.

• Attention to details and structure.

• Willingness to learn and work with new technologies.

• We will consider candidates without experience or students.

The advantage will be:

• Experience in copywriting, analytics or QA.

• Understanding the logic of dialogue systems.

• Knowledge of English at the level of reading technical materials.

We offer

• Salary 33,000 – 38,000 UAH

• Full time, Mon–Fri, schedule 9:30–19:00
