Promotion production coordinator in 1+1 media

1+1 media invites the cooperation of a Promotion Production Coordinator, who will become a key link of interaction between the creative team, partners and internal departments.

Come to us if you:

• have experience in project coordination, content production, marketing or process administration (experience in the media will be an advantage);
• confidently work with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets), documents and task accounting systems;
• can plan team work, coordinate several processes at the same time and monitor deadlines;
• have a high level of organization, attention to details and systems thinking;
• have strong communication skills and can interact effectively with different teams and partners;
• responsible, proactive and able to work in conditions of multitasking and change;
• will be an advantage: understanding of television production, promo or marketing processes, as well as basic English for working with rights holders and material databases.

Together with the team, you will be engaged in:

• coordinating the receipt of promotional materials from the content department and rights holders (videos, posters, synopses, photos) for use in the production of promos;
• providing directors, designers and copywriters with all necessary materials for creation promotional videos;
• planning the work of the creative group and monitoring the execution of tasks in accordance with the marketing plan;
• controlling the deadlines for the production of promotional videos, cross-promotion and sponsorship integrations;
• coordinating the transfer of promotional materials to partners, group channels and internal teams;
• interacting with the archive, music and sound databases, as well as monitoring the relevance of accesses;
• monitoring changes in program grid, keeping minutes of meetings and promptly informing teams about necessary updates.
