Promotion analytics manager in Silpo

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Promo performance analysis: sales, margin, growth vs baseline, elasticity, pull-forward and cannibalization effects
• Building promo plans (month/quarter/year) together with procurement, marketing teams
• Identifying insights in data: which promotions work for loyalty, which for traffic, which for profit
• Formation of regular reporting: from "what happened" to "what to do next"
• Prediction of the results of future promotions using analytics and models (elasticity, seasonality)
• Participation in the creation of new promo formats and A/B testing
• Searching for ways ofoptimization promotional strategies

For work you will need:

• You have experience in analytics in retail / FMCG from 3 years (promo / sales analytics / trade marketing)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools: Excel (in including complex formulas / pivot tables), Power BI / Tableau / other BI-tools, SQL - desirable
• Good presentation / data visualization skills, ability to "tell a story" through graphs / tables
• Ability to work with financial indicators of promotions: costs, profit, margin
