Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative promotional strategies to increase brand awareness, attract customers and increase revenue.
Collaborate with product and design teams to create effective marketing campaigns that clearly communicate the unique benefits of our products and services.
Definition target audience segments and adapt marketing messages and promotions according to their preferences and behavior.
Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks and using these insights to shape marketing strategies.
Monitoring key retention metrics and KPIs such as churn, reactivation and satisfaction, and using data analytics to optimization of retention initiatives.
Work closely with the product development team to provide recommendations for improving product features and capabilities that will drive retention and engagement.
Interaction with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on the effectiveness of retention programs and promotions.
Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience as a Promo/Retention manager.
Deep understanding of the industry, including knowledge of market trends, user behavior and regulatory requirements.
Basic knowledge of promotional tools and mechanics and bonuses structures.
Practical experience of working with analytical and reporting tools for tracking promotional campaigns.
Ability to manage several projects at the same time, set priorities correctly and meet deadlines.
Creative thinking and the ability to create effective marketing content and campaigns.
The level of English is not lower than Intermediate.
English language courses: available after the trial period.
