The international charitable organization "Eastern Europe Foundation" within the framework of the implementation of the Swiss-Ukrainian program "Electronic governance for government accountability and community participation (EGAP)" announces a competitive selection for a project support expert.
Goal: engaging an expert(s) to prepare project proposals, coordinate international initiatives and support interaction with partners within the Sectoral Working Group on Digital Transformation.
Main duties and tasks:
- preparation of project proposals for submission to international development partners and donor organizations;
- development of project concepts, technical descriptions and logical structures in the field of digital transformation;
- preparation of budget justifications and financial documentation for projects;
- coordination with development partners, donors and international organizations on digital policy issues;
- monitoring of project implementation and reporting to stakeholders;
- implementation of a unified methodology for describing and prioritizing digital projects (OKR);
- establishment of regular interaction and coordination meetings to eliminate organizational and project blockers.
Qualifications and skills:
- Higher education (BA, MA or equivalent) in law, public administration, international relations, digital transformation or related disciplines.
- Practical experience coordinating interdepartmental or multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Knowledge of OKR methodology, project management, digital transformation and progress monitoring tools.
- Skills in organizing communication and conducting coordination activities with government agencies and stakeholders.
- Ability to work with a large amount of information, analytical thinking and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in working with donors or international projects will be an advantage.
- Perfect knowledge of the Ukrainian language, confident use of the English language (oral and written).
Professional experience:
- At least one year of experience in project management, digital transformation or public administration.
- Experience in implementing and coordinating cross-departmental initiatives will be an advantage.
- Skills in preparing analytical notes, technical requirements, as well as KPI/OKR monitoring.
