LLC Huawei Ukraine is looking for Supply specialist to join our business:

Job responsibilities:

1. Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy for key project; in charge of project material preparation/forecasting/production/delivery processes; manage customs clearance process and related tasks for E2E delivery.
2. Supply solutions design based for project delivery demands.
3. Shipping documents preparation/confirmation/tracing during the whole delivery process.
4. Work with Supply chain team to ensure and archive delivery target.
5. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Project team and Customer.
6. Follow key supply chain KPIs: ITO, logistics cost, etc.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or engineering a plus.
2. Supply chain experience (1 year is a minimum), Incoterms.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Problem-solving skills.
5. Project management and Chinese language will be as advantage.
6. Very good in English.

Посадові обов'язки:

• Планування та реалізація загальної стратегії поставок для ключового проекту; Відповідальність за підготовку матеріалів проекту/прогнозування/виробництво/доставку; Управління процесом митного оформлення та пов'язаними з цим завданнями для доставки E2E.
• Розробка рішень з постачання відповідно до вимог проєкту.
• Підготовка/підтвердження/відстеження товаросупровідних документів протягом усього процесу доставки.
• Співпраця з командоюsupply chain to ensure and archive target deliveries.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, project team and customer.
• Follow key supply KPIs: ITO, logistics costs, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply management, logistics or engineering is preferred.
• Supply chain experience (minimum 1 year).
• Attention to detail.
• Problem solving skills.
• Management projects and the Chinese language will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in English.
