Duties :

• Preparing the work plan of the project and launching the project;
• providing integrated planning of the project at all stages;
• ensuring the realization of the goals and objectives of the project, in accordance with the obligations taken;
• participation in the development of the reporting process and in further preparation of reports on the results ;
• Preparation and maintenance of relevant documentation within the framework of the project, concluding contracts, memorandums, etc. ads, technical tasks and job descriptions of team members;
• selection of candidates for the project team, experts, interviews and testing, approval meetings with partners, stakeholders and donors involved in the activities of the project;
• Presentation and analytical materials concerning activities within the framework of the project and international cooperation;
• preparation incl. official requests for partners, stakeholders and donors in Ukrainian or/and English;
• Ensuring partnerships with a donor in the framework of the project;
• ensuring compliance UMPD and Donor;
• Development, approval of a donor and implementation of a system of projection monitoring, including data collection mechanisms, quality checks and compliance, database development;
• providing all conditions for passing Project and organizational audits;
• Provision of other professional services related to the implementation of the project and international cooperation. 400 "> Requirements:
