Project/Relationship Manager in CFA Society Ukraine

CFA Society Ukraine is a non-profit organization that brings together investment professionals committed to the highest standards of ethics, education, and professional excellence. As the official representative of CFA Institute in Ukraine, we engage with financial and business communities, academia, and government to promote transparency, integrity, and best practices in the investment profession.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Project/Relationship Manager to support our growing activities and stakeholder engagement. You’ll manage key initiatives, programs, and partnerships, while fostering meaningful relationships with members, sponsors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute projects and programs (initiatives, events, campaigns)
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners, government agencies, and academic institutions
• Support member engagement and communication strategies
• Assist with fundraising, sponsorships, and grant proposals
• Track progress, budgets, and reporting for ongoing initiatives
• Collaborate with the Board, volunteers, and external vendors
• Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in project management, partnerships, or event coordination
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Interest in finance and the investment profession is a must
• Familiarity with non-profits or professional associations is a plus
