Development and improvement of scripts: Creating effective scenarios for telephone sales. 

Creating language standards: Development of communication standards for operators and managers. 

Collaboration with Divisions: Close Interaction with Sale and Marketing Departments for Analysis and Improve Script Terms. sales.
