• Hello! My name is Vitaly Valkov. The founder of the educational platform CREO is an online school of digital professions. We have been on the market since 2018 and teach creative professions such as graphic designers, web designers and artificial intelligence. In total, more than 7,000 students studied at the school. We also have our own development, the Learning Platform (LMS), which is also used by other schools and courses. We are trendsetters in online education and introduce new non-standard formats and learning methodologies that improve student outcomes.
• We are currently looking for a project manager to take responsibility for the implementation and control of marketing solutions and oversee the execution of tasks. And will also grow strongly in the team to the partner. It can be a course producer or a project in online education.

• Responsibilities:
  
  
• Managing our online courses
• writing technical specifications for specialists and monitor execution
• monitor all stages of creating an educational product
• Create chatbot mailings
• Configure webinar rooms
• Develop and implement a plan course launches, including coordination of all stages of the process.
• Monitoring and analysis of launch analytics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Communication with speakers and help with content creation for webinars/marathons • Team management, including planning and coordination of tasks, conducting meetings and solving current issues.
• Collaboration with traffic managers to agree on work plan and deadlines.

• Writing tz for advertising creatives
• Development and implementation of the creation strategy and launching a webinar/marathon funnel.
• Coordinating work on the site for the course and others.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in marketing and online education, startups or a similar role
• knowledge and experience in chatbots and newsletters
• ability to be responsible, independent and follow processes
• able to strategically plan and promptly implement
• Experience working with analytical tools
• Experience with webinar funnels is an advantage.
