Your main tasks will be:

• Coordination and control of all business processes in accountable regions

• Formation of events financial model of reporting regions

• Ensuring regular management of set goals and objectives

• Coordination of digital marketing and sales department work

• Coordination of activities of regional leaders

• Control of the management company's obligations to regional leaders

• Maintaining a dashboard with key indicators by region

• Establishment of quality communication and information space between regional leaders and the management company

You are our man if you have:

• 2 years of experience in similar positions (account manager, project manager, etc.)

• Experience of working in business clubs or similar organizations will be an advantage.

• Experience in managing teams, projects and financial planning.

• Deep understanding of digital marketing work, key metrics.

• Tocoordination of marketing and sales activities, conducting analytical reporting on these processes.

• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.

• Business literacy at a high level.
