Your key tasks in the position:

• management of cross-functional company projects, in particular IT and business initiatives, ensuring the achievement of project objectives within agreed deadlines, budget and quality requirements; 
• project initiation and planning: definition of goals, scope of work, stages of implementation, resources, budget, key risks and dependencies; 
• formation and maintenance of project documentation, schedule plans, road maps, presentations, decision protocols and status reporting. 
• organization and coordination of interaction between project participants, facilitation of work meetings, status sessions and discussions with stakeholders;
• collection, structuring, description and coordination of business requirements for the project together with customers, stakeholders and by IT departments;
• participation in the analysis and description of business processes in the as is / to be formats for the formation of targeted solutions within the project;
• monitoring of task execution, control of the project implementation status, timely detection of deviations and initiation of corrective actions;
• identification, assessment and management of risks, problems, changes and critical dependencies within the project;
• preparation and presentation of project status, key decisions, risks and results to the steering committee. 

To be successful in the position, you will need:

• 3 years of experience as a project manager in large companies;

• practical experience in managing cross-functional projects of organizational changes, process optimization, automation or implementation of new solutions in large companies;

• knowledge of project management methodologies and their practical experience application depending on the type of project: Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban);

• strong communication skills: experience in facilitating work meetings, conducting negotiations, effective interaction with function heads and top management;

• understanding of the principles of IT systems, ERP solutions and automated business processes;

• ownership of project management and team interaction tools, in particular MS Project, Jira, SharePoint or similar;

• basic understandinglearning the principles of corporate governance and the organization of interaction between functions within a large company / holding structure.
