• responsible for planning, management, balancing and optimizing the portfol Sponsors of portfolio projects, internal and external stakeholders
• form consolidated project portfolio reporting
• participates in the evaluation of the financial model of portfolio projects and monitors the achievement of economic effects
• Project management methodology and portfolio, creation of project documents templates. Controls compliance with strategic project management methodology
• participates in the automation of project management information system
• conducts project management for project team members and business units
