Project Operations Manager (Spanish-speaking) - TENTENS Tech in SKELAR

We are currently looking for a Spanish-speaking Project Operations Manager for our partner company TENTENS Tech, which develops social discovery platforms for more than 20 million users worldwide. Their pace and scale is based on deep expertise in analytics, highload and performance marketing.

The TENTENS Tech team today is 250+ people, where everyone acts as a CEO in their role and influences the joint result. We work in the style of 10/10ths: we keep the course to the goal, ask the right questions along the way and do not stop at "good" - only the maximum and a little further. Challenges that await in this role: The LatAm region is growing rapidly, the number of processes and tasks is increasing, and the requirements remain consistently high. This is a role at the interface of Business Development and Operations: it is important to understand business goals and at the same time be able to bring operational processes to a stable result.

What you will influence:

• Operational efficiency of the LatAm direction: speed and quality of request execution, discipline regarding statuses and deadlines

• BizDev operational support: approval/processing of requests from CSMs, process support, control of the implementation of agreements

• Creation and management of new communication channels in Spanish: control of relevance, fixation of decisions and next steps

• Optimization of processes: find bottlenecks, propose and implement improvements, standardize what is scalable.

Must-have:

• Spanish:confident conversational level C1 (daily written and oral communication with the team)

• English:B1-B2 (periodic written and oral communication with stakeholders)

• Working schedule: 11-20 Warsaw time

• BizDev-thinking + flexibility: understanding the business goal and the ability to adapt when priorities change.

• Operational skills: confident work with tables, data structures, statuses and deadlines.

• Orientation on business and critical thinking: prioritization, decision-making based on facts, focus on results.

• Risk management: see risks in advance, escalate in time, keep control over dependencies.

• “Helicopter view” + analytical thinking: seeing the whole picture and not getting lost in the details.

• Proactiveness: independence in actions, the ability to initiate, clarify, offer options instead of waiting for step-by-step instructions.
