We are looking for a Project Operations and Launch Manager who will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the launch processes of new publishing projects, as well as ensuring their smooth operation.

What your responsibilities include:

• Independent search, evaluation and selection of construction and finishing contractors.
• Formation of tender tasks and comparative analysis of commercial offers (non-cash payments).
• Organization and support of repair work in existing bookstores, as well as during the opening, relocation or closing of locations.
• Field trips to objects: measurements, photo-fixation, evaluation of the condition of the facade and accessibility.
• Control of repair works in accordance with technical specifications, technical drawings, BTI-plans, budget and deadlines.
• Communication with landlords and owners of premises regarding plans, conditions and elimination of technical deficiencies.
• Preparation and maintenance of permit documentation (signs, etc.).
• Negotiations with landlords regarding the approval of works.
• Collection of registration documents from contractors and preparation of subcontracts on favorable terms for the company.
• Prompt response to technical malfunctions (electricity, plumbing, HVAC, security systems).
• Preparation of reports for management: presentations of locations, statuses of agreements.
• Control of compliance with the deadlines and budget of repair works.
• Interaction with regional managers regarding the technical condition audit

You are the ideal candidate if:

• Experience in the field of construction and repair of retail facilities
• Self-organization and prioritization — simultaneous work of 5-15 objects.
• Analytical thinking and attention to details are correct assumptions in fin models.
• Resistance to stress and result-orientation - invests in specific deadlines
• Communication and cross-functional coordination (lawyers, finance, project team) — push people from other departments to keep his work moving
