International cooperation:
- Organize meetings with international partners to establish cooperation in the field of telecommunications.
- Negotiate and communicate with international donors and partners.
- Conclude agreements with international partners (writing, negotiation, organization of signing).
- Form the directorate's needs for participation in international grant programs.
- Implement large-scale projects aimed at solving key problems in the field of telecommunications.
- Develop project implementation plans, manage risks and ensure their implementation.
- Work with requests for changes in projects, prepare necessary regulatory acts and agreements.
- Cooperate with state bodies and stakeholders of the telecom market to ensure the implementation of projects.
- High level of English (spoken and written) - Upper-Intermediate and above.
- Ability to prioritize among urgent tasks and focus on the most important.
- Experience of managing several areas of activity within complex projects.
- Developed communication skills and self-confidence.
- Ability to develop agreements and legal acts.
- Education: Not lower than bachelor.
- The possibility of implementing projects affecting the development of infrastructure and telecommunications of Ukraine.
- Work in a team that actively cooperates with leading international partners and donors.
- Participation in changing the future of the country through innovative approaches to digitization.
