Project Manager (with experience in communications) in TRUMAN

1. Validation of new tenders:

• Careful reading of tender documentation; 

2. Budget formation for the tender application:

• communication with departments heads to clarify the involvement of their teams and volumes of work; 

3. Preparation of accompanying documentation.  

4. Development of technical proposals:

• preparation of draft concepts of communication campaigns according to brief; 
• Formation of vision, methodology of project implementation, work plan, etc. 

5. Timely and accurate application. 

Prose management.  

1. Management of a team of about 10 people (including In-House specialists, freelancers and contractors), including designers, copywriters and Media Relations; 

2. Organization of work processes: status meetings, follou-apps, regular reporting before Head of Tender Project and a client; 

3. Task setting, coordination of work koMandas and quality control; 

4. Be the main contact for the client and stakeholders of the project; 

5. Development of concepts of communication campaigns and implementation plans; 

Requirements: 2+ years of communications experience/PR. The experience in the NGO will be a huge plus :)
