Project manager (Web)

Main functional duties:

• project management (control and management of all stages of the project life cycle);
• help in planning and prioritization of projects;
• participation in the development and updating of project plans;
• regular communication with the development team and designers to discuss tasks and deadlines;
• ensuring communication between the web development team and stakeholders;
• creating technical and related project documentation;
• staging tasks for the team of developers and designers;
• ensuring the timely completion of tasks and compliance with deadlines;
• monitoring the execution of tasks and tracking statuses;
• maintaining project reporting;

• timely detection of deviations from plans and informing the department head;
• participation in quality control and testing processes;
• cooperation with QA engineers to ensure high product quality;

• resolving issues with the design team;
• collecting and processing change requests from the development team and stakeholders;
• assistance in managing changes and assessing their impact on the project;

• making proposals for improving project management processes;
• analysis of project risks and finding solutions.

Requirements for the candidate:

• higher technical education;
• additional education in the field of project management (certificates will be a plus);
• work experience as a Project Manager in IT- companies for at least 1 year;
• experience in managing development projects with a front-end team;
• confident knowledge of Waterfall and Agile (Scrum, Kanban);
• experience in implementation and adaptation of these methodologies in teamwork;
• experience in writing technical tasks;
• understanding of the principles of UX/UI design;
• knowledge of the basics of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript );
• experience working with project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
