SDS is looking for a Project Manager (WASH & Shelter)
GO Southern Development Strategy (SDS) is a national leader in practical recovery. We develop and pilot innovative solutions in humanitarian response and development. Our organization implements large-scale projects in partnership with UNICEF, WFP, FAO, ACTED, PAH, Save the Children and other international leaders.
We are looking for an ambitious specialist / position who will lead a project on sustainable engineering solutions and strengthening the capacity of communities in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia and Donetsk regions.
About the role and project
The project manager will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the team implementing critical activities in the areas of WASH (water supply, sanitation, hygiene) and/or Shelter (housing).

Working conditions:
Contract: FOP of the 3rd group or employment under an employment contract of 9-12 months with the possibility of extension.
Salary (after taxes): UAH 107,000 — for the FOP of the 3rd group; UAH 56,000 - under an employment contract (with the possibility of reservation).
Location: office in the center of the city of Dnipro, full time (09:00 - 18:00).
Estimated start of work: April 1, 2026.
Main duties:
Requirements for candidates:
Education: higher (management, engineering or technical).
Experience: from 3 years of managing large-scale humanitarian, construction or engineering projects.
Languages: English level - from B2 (fluent written and oral communication, reporting).
Technical skills: advanced level of MS Excel / Google Sheets. Possession of a driver's license and driving experience will be an advantage.
Soft skills: high emotional intelligence, readiness to quickly learn new approaches and personal interest in community recovery topics.
