Project manager (trainee) in Konsol Studio

We are opening a paid internship for people who want to enter the digital sphere and grow into the role of project manager, department head or business partner.

After after a certain pause in the offline format, we resume work in the office in Kyiv, so we are currently looking for an employee exactly to work in the office with further professional and financial growth.

• Work format:office in Kyiv
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00 (The possibility of partial involvement for a certain period - by agreement with the manager)

• ~1 year - $1,000
• ~2 years - $2,000
• Further - without limits, depending on project scaling

What will you do

In the beginning - with the support of the manager, with a gradual increase in autonomy:

• Participate in the renovation and organization of office work in Kyiv (premises search, rent, basic organization of work space);
• Help in style="font-weight: 700">hire specialists (mainly developers) etcand the organization of their work in the office;
• Coordinate the work of the team:
  • distribute tasks;
  • monitor implementation;
  • monitor deadlines and results;
• Control the performance of tasks by both office specialists and freelancers;
• Participate in search and engagement of freelance specialists for specific tasks;
• Help in organizing processes, information and work tools;
• Analyze own progress and work results;
• Learn project managementin practice, not from abstract courses.
