Project Manager will be responsible for the management and coordination with partners, monitoring of results, as well as technical assistance in the development of subproketes aimed at achieving the goals of the program. Population groups, including veterans, people with disabilities, internally displaced persons, older people and young people. 

Basic responsibilities :

  • coordination and control of the implementation of projects in accordance with the goals, terms and budgets.
  • Developing a detailed work plan, risk management and efficiency monitoring. , civil society and private sector.
  • Organization of meetings, negotiations and consultations with the involved parties.
  • Formation of sub -project concepts that will help achieve the goals of the program. .
  • Monitoring of key performance indicators and reporting.
  • Coordination of procurement, logistics and other administrative processes. >
  • A business trip to regions for monitoring of projects (if necessary).

Required skills and qualification :

  • bachelor's degree (or above) in the relevant industry (economy, law, management, marketing, personnel management, public policy, sociology). spheres of social policy, community development, inclusion, humanitarian or donor activity.
  • Experience with international donors, funds or organizations.
  • experience of cooperation with state structures, public organizations, business.
  • Ability to establish an effective communeCap with partners.
  • Analytical thinking and strategic planning.
  • Understanding current political, economic, social and cultural dynamics in Ukraine.
  • The ability to work in a team (personally and remotely).
  • Free Knowledge of Ukrainian and English.

Location :

Position Description

The Project Manager Will Be Responsible for Managing and Coordinating The Resilient Populations Project, Liaising With Partners, Monitoring Resetes Chieving The Program's Objectives.

The Resilient Populations Project Aims to Strengten the Resilience of Ukrainian Society by Creating An Inclusive and Support Environment for The Socio-Economic Integration ons with Disabilites, Internally Displaced Persons, The Elderly, and Youth .

The Project's Activities Focus on Eliminating Systemic Barriers That Hinder Their Full Integration at Both the National and Local Levels.

  • Coordinating and Overseeing Project Implementation in Line with Established Goals, Timelines, and Budgets.
  • Developing A Detailed Work Plan, MANAGING RISKSSKSKS.
  • Ensuring that project activities comply with the requirements of international financial partners.
  • Collaborating with government institutions, international financial partners, civil society, and the private sector.
  • Organising meetings, negotiations, and consultations with stakeholders.
  • Preparing analytical materials and recommendations for the development of social and economic integration programs for vulnerable groups.
  • Designing sub-project concepts that contribute to the achievement of the programme’s objectives.
  • Analyzing the needs of target groups and developing solutions to overcome integration barriers.
  • Preparing technical documentation, budgets, and work plans.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and preparing reports.
  • Coordinating procurement, logistics, and other administrative processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial reporting requirements for donors.
  • Traveling to regions for project monitoring as needed.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field (e.g., economics, law, management, marketing, human resource management, public policy, sociology).
    • Minimum of five years of project management experience, preferably in social policy, community development, inclusion, humanitarian work, or donor-funded programs.
    • Experience working with international donors, funds, or organisations.
    • Understanding of grant financing processes and donor requirements.
    • Experience collaborating with government structures, civil society organizations, and businesses.
    • Strong ability to establish effective communication with partners.
    • Analytical thinking and strategic planning skills.
    • Understanding of Ukraine’s current political, economic, social, and cultural dynamics.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team (both in-person and remotely).
    • Fluency in Ukrainian and English.

     Location

    This is a full-time, office-based position in Kyiv. Remote work is possible with managerial approval.

    Reporting

    The Project Manager reports directly to the Head of the Resilient Populations Project and coordinates work with other PFRU team members as needed.
