The Charity Fund "Voices of Children" is a Ukrainian foundation that grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in eastern Ukraine. Our mission is to inspire and support children, to create conditions for children's voices to be heard, to support their resilience in the face of war. The Foundation realizes its mission and aims to become an effective, sustainable and recognizable institution in the field of supporting children.
To implement of an international project, the foundation announces the purchase of the services of a "Project Manager (sub-grant)". announcements about the sub-grant competition for partner organizations.
Organization of the process of reception, registration and initial verification of applications from organizations.
Coordination of the application evaluation process, including the organization of the work of the selection committee.
Preparation and support of signing sub-grant agreements with selected organizations.
Consulting of partner organizations regarding requirements for project implementation, budget and reporting.
Monitoring the implementation of sub-grant projects, including checking progress, results and compliance with the terms of the contract.
Organization of monitoring visits to partner organizations and preparation of relevant reports.
Identifying risks in the implementation of sub-grants and developing recommendations for their minimization.
Ensuring proper documentation and archive of sub-grant programs.
Preparation of consolidated reports on the implementation of sub-grants for the management of the organization and donors.
Supporting the development of the potential of partner organizations through the provision of recommendations, consultations and informational support.
Requirements:
Project Portfolio Management;
Experience of working in non-profit organizations - 2+ years;
Experience of working with international donors and grant programs;
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management;
Basic understanding of the child protection sector;
Data analytics and KPI construction;
English - level B2+.
