We are constantly improving new products and creating new ones, so we are currently looking for a Project manager to lead this process in the Study department and together will cheer for the results with us.

What will be included in your duties?

• Coordination of educational projects: planning, launch and control of content and quality of educational programs of courses.
• < strong style="font-weight: 700">Organization of team work: interaction with curators, teachers, methodologists and other participants of the educational process.
• Quality control: ensuring a high level of educational content, feedback from students and timely improvement.
• Analysis of project results< /strong>: tracking of project performance indicators and student satisfaction (NPS, CSAT).
• Documentation and reporting: drawing up plans, timelines, project budgets and final reports.
• Implementation of innovations: offering new solutions to optimize educational processes and integration of modern EdTech tools.

Who are we looking for?

• An experienced project manager with practical knowledge of management methodologies
• A person with analytical thinking and the ability to work with data.
• A communicator who easily finds a common language with different people and effectively organizes processes in a team.
• Candidate with experience in EdTech, IT or education (will be an advantage).
• A person who has excellent time management skills andmultitasking.
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language is a must have, English at the Intermediate level and above will be a plus.
