Staff Care project manager in Karitas Ukrayini, Mizhnarodniy Blagodiyniy Fond

Main responsibilities:

Managing the organization of support activities staff of the National Caritas Office of Ukraine.

· Close cooperation with available Staff Care specialists in the organization

· Searching for grants and writing projects in the direction of Staff Care

· Designing and approving the concept and goals of activities

· Organization and control of purchases of relevant goods and services in the project

· Organization and control of the administration of all Staff Care activities, which include the care of personnel during onboarding and for the development of skills required for the position (in particular, Interpersonal skills): lectures, trainings, team building, etc.< /p>

· Staff Care project management and reporting to partners

· Processing and administration of requests for psychological counseling or other support needs.

Implementation of the personnel support program for 2025.

· Participation in the development and implementation of new formats, algorithms and rules for receiving support by staff and filling it with various options.

Communication with mental health partners and experts.

· Negotiations with possible partner organizations or experts to organize activities for employees focused on psychological and spiritual support and care of personnel.

Reporting and analytics of Staff Care events.

Requirements:

Qualifications and experience:

· Higher education (Psychology, Management)

· Project management experience in implementing staff support (psychological and other) and reporting to donors

· Experience in organizing offline and online events with invited experts

· Experience monitoring best practices in staff care

· Knowledge of languages: Ukrainian - fluent, English - advanced level

Needed skills:

· High level of skills in building quality communication, cooperation with colleagues, at different levels of subordination.

· Good strategic and systems thinking skills.

· High level of organizational skills and conductnegotiations with partners and experts.
