· Negotiations with possible partner organizations or experts to organize activities for employees focused on psychological and spiritual support and care of personnel.

Requirements:

Qualifications and experience:

· Higher education (Psychology, Management)

· Project management experience in implementing staff support (psychological and other) and reporting to donors

· Experience in organizing offline and online events with invited experts

· Experience monitoring best practices in staff care

· Knowledge of languages: Ukrainian - fluent, English - advanced level

Needed skills:

· High level of skills in building quality communication, cooperation with colleagues, at different levels of subordination.

· Good strategic and systems thinking skills.

· High level of organizational skills and conductnegotiations with partners and experts.
