Our team of experienced project managers, program managers and other project management professionals work collaboratively to ensure the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.
,[Plan and coordinate all aspects of delivering high quality projects from initiation through to go-live., Develop, define and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules and budgets. Manage the project forecast and hold the team and project resources accountable for variances in budget and hours, Identify required resources for projects, define and assign major project roles., Create project charters to identify project scope, critical success factors, risks, etc., Interact with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams., Coordinate activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments and client or vendor/subcontractor organizations as needed to meet project goals and ensure project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope., Manage project risks, issues/problems and activity progress to ensure project goals, e.g., deadline, scope and quality are achieved. Assist with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed., Identify project management coordination process gaps or areas for improvement, recommends and implements solutions. Work within the PMP to drive best practice as appropriate, Be prepared to work at client sites from time to time requiring some travel.] Requirements: Project management, Prince2, PMP, Jira, APM, PMBOK, PlanView
